Work With Me

Becoming your best self takes work. That’s the job.

For most of my career, organizations paid me to reduce friction: find the right people, the right idea, the right moment — and clear whatever stood between them. Good work, and I was good at it. But it was never the point. The point is people. Helping someone become the best version of themselves isn’t just about removing friction. It takes reflection, honest conversation, and steady effort over time.

The people I help most are the ones I recognize: men and women who've done hard things — combat tours, turnarounds, big careers — and are standing at a transition, wanting the next chapter to be built around what genuinely pulls them towards something rather than merely a job they have to push through daily. Veterans moving into corporate life will always have a special claim on my time.

  • Speaking

Talks and keynotes on transition, self-management, and what two decades of connecting people and ideas actually taught me.

  • Teaching

Workshops and small cohorts built around a simple idea: the hardest part of leadership is managing yourself. A graduate course is in proposal now.

  • Advising

One-on-one conversations for accomplished people — often veterans — who look successful on paper and want their next chapter to be chosen, not defaulted into.
